I called to report the problem and they sent another team out the next day.  They were misinformed about the type of blind they were sent to repair and could not do anything about my broken blinds.  However they did clean the missed blinds for me at no charge. </p> <p>They told me that Jesse would contact me about next steps to resolve my problem.  It took 2 weeks and another call from me to get a response.  They are now shipping my blinds out to Levelor for repair at no cost to me.  </p> <p>Everything they cleaned for me came out looking much better, as I had hoped.  Had they handled the problem we encountered in a forthright and timely manner I would have been able to say I was generally satisfied with the service.  I think I would probably hire them again to do work for me - give them one more chance.</p> <br />"

Pricing is based on sq ft. Upon arrival, he measured the areas to be cleaned and gave me a quote. I got a 10% discount because there was no furniture in the house. He did an excellent job deep cleaning the carpets and they were dry in a few hours. He also checked the dryer vent and air vents and made some recommendations.  He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely call Bigelow again in the future. <br />"
