"If you are looking for people to repair your foundation, you might be feeling stress and anxiety. I certainly was. I noticed two cracks in my foundation, one vertical and one diagonal. After some expert googling, I was less concerned about the vertical crack but anxious about the diagonal one, which could be the sign of structural issues. I called Tom and he called me back within five minutes. He asked me to send him pictures of the cracks. He immediately called me back to tell me that I should not worry about the diagonal crack as he'd seen much worse in his career, and he thought it probably happened in the first year of the house and that I just needed to monitor it to see if it got worse. as for the vertical crack, he said this is very common - when I told him it was hard to get to from the inside (wedged between the water heater and the furnace), he said that I could just let it be for now as it was no big cause for concern, and to just get it repaired when I had the water heater replaced in a few years. Tom was super professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and an all around ethical guy as I was feeling anxious to repair the foundation to ensure the house doesn't fall down. I didn't expect such a great response."

"Our front walkway, steps, and landscaping wall were about 18 years old and needed a lot of work resulting from not-so-great workmanship when it was originally built. Scott and crew made it all look like new, and did the job right. Great attention to detail. In addition, Scott was responsive to calls, showed up when he said he would, and left the entire site clean. He even found and removed debris from an earlier repair done years ago. "Michael and his associates were professional and intent on maintaining their quality of work in an old environment where the terrain was uneven and not square.  They went out of their way to make sure that their components were balanced and true.  Also, due to weather the project was delayed on a few occasions, but Michael was honest in what could and could not be done given the constraints, and was available for consultation throughout construction.
Now 6 weeks later and the door is a snug it that's well-insulated and the deck hasn't moved or shifted in rain or cold/warm weather fluctuations.
I plan on going back to Michael later in the Spring for some other work.

"Share review Embed review Write an update Edit review 6/26/2020 I emailed Heap for a estimate on May 28 2020. The next day Mitch called me and set up a time for 5 pm that evening. At 5 pm Mitch was in my driveway and we went over everything we wanted done he wrote up the estimate which was quite reasonable. Then my wife decided to add 2 small walkways and he had no problem rewriting it, in fact when he was done he gave me a Veterans discount. We asked when they will start and he asked us to give him at least 2 weeks. I waited and emailed him on the 3rd week and he called me that Monday and said they would be out in the morning at 7 am. 7 am they were at my house with the equipment and started working and didn't stop except for breaks and lunch. Ripping up the old asphalt and widening the driveway The guys were awesome! As hot as it was Tues and even hotter pouring that asphalt they didn't stop. Mitch came by and added a little more to the walkways so they would look nice instead of so square. They did such a nice job, perfect pitch to both ends of the driveway. I have a very long horseshoe driveway around 125' with a small turn around on the side. Greg the owner and his men were very accommodating when I asked for some little things. So many people have stopped and complimented on my driveway that I'm leaving his signs up. Bottom line, YES I would recommend Heap Paving to everyone. Good job guys!!! Bob May"
