After materials were purchased, I was told the new estimate was $1445 due to some design changes the carpenter made. The changes sounded ok so I signed off on that estimate even though I thought I should have been consulted on the changes first. Carpenter #1 started the job and got 1/2 done on day 1. Owner came the next day with Carpenter #2 and stated he would be completing the job. Carpenter #2 did return a couple days later and completed the work. 1095 1445"

One other person texted to let us know he wasn’t available to do the job but we asked 5 companies for a price quote during the week before we called Justin. Justin called back, he was able to squeeze us in and we got the job done same day we called him for a quote."
