"They did a horrible job cleaning my house. When I checked the upstairs bathroom, they hadn't even cleaned the mirror, vanity, outside of toilet was still dusty, or the floor. I had to have her go back upstairs to clean it again. She didn't even sweep under the dining room table. I had to ask her to clean the hardwood floors. Then some guy showed up unexpectedly to help her clean, when I was told it would just be her. I was extremely dissatisfied with end results. Would never have them back."

"Chryel came to give us an estimate and took 2 of our broken screens with her to repair. Chyrel was scheduled to come to our home on Monday at 3:00. At 3:40 I texted her because she still hadn?t shown up. She said she was still running an hour late at the job she was at. She told me when she was done that job she would text me and we could reschedule a different day. She did not text me back Monday to reschedule. I texted her on Wednesday stating that I no longer wanted her services to clean my windows but I wanted my screens back. I texted her again on Friday and she told me she had a chiropractor appointment and she would return the screens at approximately 6:30 that night. No screens were delivered. At 11:15PM that night she sent me a text stating she will be passing through at 7:45 for sure. Why she is texting a customer at 11:15PM is beyond me? She did return the screens after multiple attempts to get them back to us. Very disappointed. Unreliable and not trustworthy."
