"I didn't end up hiring this contractor, or any other, because he went above and beyond the quote to make sure I didn't have to. I contacted Crescent City Roofing and Construction to come out to inspect a small leak and give me a quote for any necessary repairs. The gentleman arrived on time, inspected the roof, and gave me a very competitive quote to fix the general problems that may be causing the leak. Instead of calling it a day, he took a second look at the water stain in the bathroom, went back on the roof and because of that diligence, located a single exposed nail that was causing the leak. He sealed it as a courtesy of the inspection, free of charge. We had multiple contractors on our roof that same day, every one of them was shown the location of the water stain in the bathroom, and each of them missed that single nail, except for Crescent City Roofing. I don't fault the other contractors for missing such a small detail as a single bad nail, but him fixing that small detail saved my wife and I well over $1000 dollars in repairs and maybe more in subsequent water damage - and he didn't have to say anything about it. It's hard to put a price on that kind of thoroughness and honesty."

"I was extremely enthusiastic to hire this pro despite the fact their estimate was significantly higher then the other estimates I got. I was truly impressed with Jose Cabreras presentation of the project and how he will tackle the problem and make it right. I had the understanding that roofing system would cover the gutter system and shingles that were on the roof in bad condition but I had to pay more to get the gutter system installed and even though I had to close one extra day of work and the work continued to be on going for on more day and my bathrooms vent systems do not work after the ceiling tiles change . I was shocked however that the interior work guys replacing the tiles did not cover any of my tables , chairs and other condiments to protect from unbelievable amount of debris and dust making us work three days constantly to clean and it is still work in process!! May be on your next restaurant job you can move it cover properly . Thanks for the work and waiting for the warranty of 10 years"
