"Had major insect problem in kitchen, upon returning home from hospital. Called S & O to see if i could receive expedited treatment. They were able to schedule for 2 days later Tech arrived on time and immediately went to work applying thorough treatments throughout the premises as well as outside areas. Will be using annual program of 4 treatments. Have used lawn fertilization services for the last two years with good results and healthy looking lawn."

"The first time I called this company, I was in a pinch because my previous lawn care provider disappeared, and I needed the lawn mowed quickly as I had guests coming to visit within a few days. Even though he was about to leave for vacation, Troy was able to fit me in and provide service within the short timeframe. I have since requested regular service with them. I have been very pleased with this company. They provide lawn maintenance on a weekly basis for me, and will complete additional requests (trimming hedges, mulching, removing overgrowth, etc.) as requested. As I started using them in the winter, there have been a couple of weeks when the lawn did not require maintenance, so they skipped the week and did not charge me. I greatly appreciate the initiative on their part to care for the requirements of the lawn first, and not just attempt to squeeze in services in order to charge me. If I had wanted service on those weeks, they would have done so at my request. Troy and his team are very professional and polite. I am pleased with their work, and glad to have found someone to care for my yard."

"Way beyond what  I asked for.  I had him come out to look at a favorite tree that I thought was dying (it wasn't).  After that, job should have been done for any other service provider.  Instead, he asked, "do you mind if we take a walk around your yard?"  I've got almost 3 acres.  We covered all of it.  He went through the front landscaping, identifying and diagnosing each shrub, bush and weed, went to every tree and told me all about how it should be maintained, what to expect, etc.  He took me to the berm out back and told me what we could plant for best privacy.  He even went over lawn care. <br>The guy really knows his stuff.  And, as he will tell you, he has no further financial interest.  He  doesn't sell anything else, just knowledge. <br>Highly recommended.  Great service. <br> <br>"

"By far the best lawn care company we’ve had in a long time. He’s very nice and his work is clean and he’s very detailed on everything. I saw the cameras and he was literally taking every bad plant off with his hands instead of just mowing it out like all the other companies usually do and then it’ll grown right back up. "We recently moved into new home with new landscaping and sod.  While out walking, I had been looking at yards in our neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods and noticing who was providing their service with the signs.  The Lawngevity lawns seemed to look the best.  They do seem to be more expensive compared to what I was paying in the past for this type of service, but they come out monthly as opposed to my previous company at my old home who came out eight times a year.  There was a little confusion initially in getting the service started, but this was quickly dealt with. "I waited to do this review. It is very hard to find a yard care company that actually shows up after the first 6 months. They all start out great then just seem to keep pushing me around till I am being cut late Sat afternoon. Sarkowski Lawns Service has now done my yard for 8 months. They come the same day each week and clean up after themselves. I want them to know how much I appreciate their hard work and am very happy to refer them to others."

"The initial visit was from a company representative who reviews what your pest problem is and discusses a plan suited for your particular problem. Several days later, a technician named Kai arrived and spent 1.5 hours doing a complete assessment of my home. He pointed out areas where pests could be entering and where I should caulk or use the expandable foam. He is very knowledgeable and professional and seems to enjoy his job. I found a bug that I had never seen before, saved it in a bag, and gave it to him. He couldn't immediately identify it, but he did take it with him to investigate, and on his next visit, told me what it was. I use their quarterly service, and for $65, it is a bargain. Kai doesn't come in and just spray baseboards, in fact he's never done that. He treats all the cracks and crevices that he can find and even does the garage. I've used other pest services, but none have the professionalism and honesty that Impact does."

"After multiple other companies trying, we finally found a company that knows what they're doing and has gotten our lawn lush and green. They provided fantastic Irrigation repairs to our system initially and took over the fertilization and regular treatment of our lawn as well. Our lawn finally looks the way we want and have been trying to get it to for some time. Our neighbors ask who we use, as did our guy who mows, commenting how much thicker and greener our yard is now.
