Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

"OMG !!!!!! This company is the bomb.❤️❤️❤️ I had 4 different roof companies to come out. Robert was the best. From the first interview til the last he was very professional. There was no rushing He was very patient. Mind you I am a senior and not once did I feel I was being taking advantage of or pressured. He explained the materials they would be using. When I did decide to use him he came back out went over everything again and later that evening called and confirm that his team will be there next morning between 7-8. By 7:30 the team arrives. Omg !!!! I have no complaints the beginning to the end of tearing the roof down they gave pictures. The clean up was amazing. They did not leave until everything was completed. "Working with Pinnacle Roofing 786 was a pleasure. The owner is very responsive, pays attention to all details and aspects of the job process, and communicative. The workers that showed up arrived on time and worked quickly. We reached out to Pinnacle Roofing to inspect my roof and they pointed out some areas that needed major attention and provided options of repair versus full roof replacement. We decided to go with the full roof replacement and could not be happier. So far no issues and we already have tested the roof with snowy and wet weather. Customer service has been excellent. Contacted Pinnacle Roofing to come by and check something months after the job was complete, and had someone at my door a couple of days later. Would not hesitate to recommend or work with Pinnacle Roofing again."

"The new owner of this vacant mixed-use building planned a complete interior renovation. Although the roof was not the most visible part of the project, it was replaced first so new framing, mechanical work, and finishes would not be installed beneath an unreliable assembly. The old modified-bitumen roof contained numerous patched curbs from previous tenants. Mechanical plans were reviewed before demolition. Curbs that would not be reused were removed and infilled, while locations for future equipment were coordinated with the roof layout. This prevented the new membrane from being opened repeatedly as the interior work progressed. Removal exposed a plywood deck with scattered damage around the abandoned penetrations. The contract carried an allowance for 12 sheets, but only eight required replacement. The remaining deck was firm and capable of supporting the new assembly. ""Replacing a flat roof above an operating daycare required a different schedule from an ordinary residential project. The roof was leaking near a classroom and had soft areas around two drains, but weekday removal would have created too much noise over occupied rooms. We agreed on a weekend-heavy schedule with smaller finishing tasks completed during closed hours. Interior protection was installed above the affected classroom, storage cabinets, and the route to the roof hatch. The playground below the loading area was closed and covered during tear-off. Staff received a written schedule showing when each area would be unavailable. Removal confirmed wet insulation at both drains and one damaged deck section beside the parapet. The rest of the deck remained usable. New insulation, a single-ply membrane, drain flashing, and perimeter details were installed before the building reopened. "I cannot thank Paul specifically for putting up with me! From the beginning I had a vision along with a number of pics from Pinterest of what I wanted my house to look like. For starters my home was covered in old stucco and a lot of rotted wood underneath which was a messy job to remove. His team actually not only replaced all the damage but even removed my front living room window, reframed and replaced, as well as sheet rocked, spackled and painted the inside seamlessly. Paul stated the entire process would take 2-3 weeks. Well not only did this transformation complete in just under two weeks but either Paul himself or someone from his team stopped by daily to check on the job. Any questions or concerns were answered immediately and his crew were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I can sincerely recommend Brothers Aluminum to anyone looking to have any construction done to their home!"

"Installation Date: Late August 2022 The roof installation and gutters were installed and look great. I DO NOT like what they did with the flashing on my chimney. It looked cheap, put together in haste, and with really bad and cheap materials. I had to call and argue with a representative to explain to him that the job they did on the chimney was horrible and that it had to be corrected. He tried to convince me it was the way it's done. I then showed him my neighbors house who had their roof done by another company. Power Home charges a premium and it didn't seem like they were very invested in the job they were doing. Additionally, the trash bin that was delivered was way to small and all the trash didn't fit. As a consequence, they left trash in front on my house and on my property for weeks after. I had to call a second time and resort to begging to get them to come by to pick up the trash. Overall, I feel like they didn't respect the job they were doing, the final touches were horrible, and they didn't treat my home with love or respect (as if it were their own home). Also, there is now a huge gap between the siding and the new roofing material. I fee they should have found and budgeted for a solution for that issue in the form of a bit of siding or flashing to minimize that gap. Now water and critters will get in through that gap. Overall, if I could do it again, I would defiantly NOT chose Power Home Remodeling. I DO NOT recommend them."
