"Fantastic work! Initial exterior painting in 2011 was done flawlessly and still looks good except that the front of my home acquired some water damage due to improperly installed gutter. Mr. Lee was very helpful in identifying the problem. He also gave some excellent suggestions regarding water stains and pooling on my property. After getting the water problems fixed, I went ahead and had House Painting repaint the front of my house, and touch up some interior areas. The crew was fantastic for both jobs. There was a very professional foreman, Johnny, who was there every day. He went over the plans and the progress each day. For both exterior and interior, the crew was meticulous in protecting surrounding areas from dust or paint and for the clean up. These are professionals who take their time to prep surfaces properly and let them dry before painting. Could not be more pleased in all aspects of their work and will certainly call upon this company for any painting in the future."

I decided to hire him pretty much as soon as I met him as he seemed very straightforward, genuine and knowledgeable. "I've been waiting till I was ready to repaint my house. Of all the contractors including the big ones like Certapro, Paul from dream painting offered the best presentation. They presented their insurance info as well as detailed summary of the the entire job, materials and paint they using from Dunn-Edwards which was perfect as our interior paint was already finished with the same brand. Cost wise they were the best value which is important but more importantly was the quality of work, which I'm very pleased to give this glowing review and recommendation to everyone to this company. They came back to finish the job with some minor concerns I have. After the initial job, Paul came by to meet me to do the walk around the house for the final inspection and re assured me my minor concerns would be taken care of. "I initially hired Perez Painting to paint my foyer. Jorge and Oscar took the job seriously and did a great job even though it was a small job. At the conclusion, I asked for a quote to paint the exterior of my house and detached garage. The price was so reasonable I hired them on the spot. "I love this family business. The sons and dad are in business together and they have been doing it for a long time. I have been looking for a painter for a long time and I got a quote last year from another painting company. I didn’t move on my decision until my friend highly recommended John and James White. The father came and gave me a quote that was cheaper than the company that I got a quote from last year. Knowing that it will save money, my friend trusted their work, and also my husband got a bonus from his job helps me to decide to hire John and James White. James and his nephew came to my house on Friday June 9, 2023 to pressure wash the exterior walls and to clean off the dirt and things on walls. I asked James and his nephew to spray off a few extra spots at the house and they were willing to go above and beyond their job duty. On the Tuesday that they scheduled the painting, the painting team came early and started the work. They have teams that they send out to do the work. The team came every day from Tuesday to Friday early. They cleaned up afterward and I don’t have to worry about the clean up. I like the team they sent out. It was a father and his two sons. One of the son’s name was Cane. At first they color matched my house but then I found the paperwork from the builder and the HOA that shows my house color scheme. I immediately told them that morning but they already went and ordered the first color that matched the exterior. After many years of not painting the house, the color fades away so the color match is not always the exact color. It was really nice of them to abort the color match color and purchased new paints that goes with my original color scheme. If you live in an HOA neighborhood, you have to match the original house color if you don’t want to submit an architectural plan to get permission for the board of directors to change your color. I like how considerate they were to change the paint color for me at a loss for them. They got rid of several tubs of 5 gallons containers. I was home must of the time and was able to inspect the work and once in a while I would point out something that I thought needed to be done and the team did it to my satisfaction. My wood trim at the top of my house got termites so they had to replaced it. I appreciated that they told me so I can replace them. This was extra work and materials and I paid for them. I am glad to get it done so I don’t have to replace the wood in the future. When they were done, they were able to fulfill their work promise to me that we agreed for them to do. Every single agreement John and James White said they will do has been done. They even went above and beyond. For example, my door weather strip was old and needed to be done so I asked Cane if he would be willing to put it in for me if I got it from Home Depot. Cane did it. I would highly recommend John and James White. You won’t be disappointed. I am a happy customer."

"Steve and his team are real pros. They were on time every time. They quoted the job quickly and fairly. They were able to start the following week. Everyone who came to my house was friendly. They spent a good amount of time protecting the floors and furniture. Mostly importantly, the end result was just beautiful. My house was built in the 20's so not many lines are straight or plumb which makes things a little more challenging. I highly recommend Berger Painting and will definitely hire them again next time."

I got lower quotes from others but the fact that he can do the gutters AND the exterior paint meant less coordinating for me from afar.
