"The crew did a great job installing 125' of vinyl fence and gate.  They navigated around thick shrubs and trees while maintaining a level, straight line. They did it in a timely manner and minimized messing up the yard.  Although vinyl fencing is expensive, pricing seemed very competitive with other bids secured. The crew chief was personable and attentive to our needs.  We really couldn't ask for a better experience.  Certainly would use their services again and highly recommend to others."

"It went very well. Josh the owner came soon after I called him to look over the job. The next day he sent his proposal which was less expensive than another company I had contacted. He did the scheduled work at the time he had promised and in the length of time he had promised. He and his helper were polite and friendly and easy to have around our house for three days. We are very impressed with the system Josh designed. He used sprinklers from a couple of companies to get the best coverage for us. His years of experience were evident both in his plan and in the installation. He came back 2 weeks after the installation to check the system and tamp down any high areas in the lawn from pulling the pipes. Josh will also provide winterization for us. My husband is knowledgeable about piping systems and would normally question whomever was doing the winterization to assure himself that they were competent. He doesn't feel the need to do this with Josh, as he has proven his professionalism to us. We would recommend Josh and his company highly to anyone needing an irrigation system."

"Curtis and team did a wonderful job.   I found Curtis and his team very easy to work with in a collaborative way as I was picky about what rocks I wanted where and I changed a few things as the project progressed.  Curtis added true creative insight and brought the project up to the level of my dreams.  I laughed and enjoyed the time when they were working in the yard and was impressed with the long hours he put in to get the job done on my tight deadline.  The tree planting was particularly well done with the trees very well staked and strong water troughs built.  The highlight was the creative use of the extra rocks from the wall which he used to build markers at the ends of my driveway.  It really added the final touch to make the landscape more formal but still aligned with the natural habitat.  I would definitely hire Lone Wolf again. <br />"

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Manhattan, MT

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
