He worked with me to understand the specific needs of the project, and talked me through all of my options to get the job done both on time, and within our budget. He also went the extra step to coordinate his work with the contractor in charge of the internal renovation work we are having done simultaneously. He and his team removed all of the ancient shingles on the back side of our home, repaired some significant damage underneath, insulated and re-sided the back, and replaced the gutters and leaders. We hadn't planned on replacing the roof but as they were working they uncovered a level of damage that we didn't know was there and definitely didn't expect. During the whole process, Shawn worked with me to figure out the best course of action and to make decisions that would benefit us now and in the future. We decided to repair and replace the roof, and they didn't bat an eye at working an additional day or two (even over the weekend) to get the job completed while we had our dumpster parked out front.
