They understand the level of detail needed for a high end vacation rental and always do a great job. However they did focus on some things that I had not asked them to do, therefore they did not have the time to do what I had originally asked. Very pleasant people to work with and I would most likely ask them to clean again. I guess I was confused, I did not know the price per hour was "per cleaner". That was kind of a surprise at the end of the day. I would recommend them but be sure they do what is asked and not things that you do not ask them to do. That is just adding to their hourly wages is it not?"

"The cleaning goes well. My only real complaint is communicating with the owner about scheduling. The team doesn't have a consistent schedule and the owner often changes my appointment on the day of the cleaning. That said, I've been able to ask for a different cleaning time when my schedule changes and he will rearrange the schedule."

"Jacquiline and August were great. They moved and scrubbed under stove, fridge, washer, and dryer, finding toys and other small items from the previous owners, as well as some of my long-lost socks! Floors were mopped with multiple buckets of clean water, surfaces and pictures cleaned and or dusted, carpets vacuumed. Interior of fridge taken apart and scrubbed. I can’t list here everything that was cleaned, but I will continue with monthly services so I don’t completely undo all their hard work."
