Billing can be done by cash, check, or mail-in check. Starting April 1, 2012, Mike's will also being accepting Visa and Mastercards. Service is provided at scheduled appointments or by calling in. Mike's Window Service will work with you to clean your glass at a convenient time for you. Mike's also provides service to both commercial buildings and homes.

We take a different approach to things and like our customers to have comfort, confidence and piece of mind. So unlike other contractors we don't typically ask for 50% upfront. We typically bill in 1/3's. Some jobs will require all material be paid upfront with 1/3 of the labor. So 1/3 upfront, with 1/3 paid in the middle, and the final 1/3 at the completion of the work. For complete remodels, renovations, basement finishes, and new construction we offer a free air duct cleaning when we are done with the job. This is not just our way of saying thanks, but also for health reasons for our customers.
