But from the moment I met Dave (David Rodriguez) they didn't have a chance. I expected the salesman schmooz. Dave is real. Starting with him talking me through the entire process. He thought of every single detail no matter how small. Including suggesting my dogs stay at a friends so they wouldn't be freaked out by all the noise.
