"I've used them for several years to maintain a midsized suburban lawn. The current fee for this is $165 monthly. The crews show up on time, are courteous, and do a good job, but there are improvements the company could make. Even though the fee is billed monthly, in December and part of January there is no service. The lawn is dormant, but if I'm paying monthly, I expect some kind of yard maintenance that could be done during the winter in return. I've also had spotty service fixing lawn irrigation issues, and the staff is not well trained about limiting damage or cleanup issues to the home related to their work. Leaf blower use damages the siding and removes topsoil, and edge trimming often sprays mud up onto the walls, which must be cleaned up frequently. I think they rely too much on leaf blowers instead of using rakes in areas where the blowers create problems. The company has never asked for my feedback about their service and how it could be improved."

"Summer of 2006 I started out getting bids to paint my house. I got three bids and one was from Classic Pro. I reviewed all the bids, all of which were very comparable and accepted a bid from another company, later which I was to regret. As summer ended and fall turned into winter, all that was done on my house was some sample colors. January 2007, I filed a Complaint with CCB on the first painter and started a new search for a new house painter (again all the bids were very comparable). This time I hired Dave to paint my house. Time line was going to be late April. I signed a contract and paid a $500 retainer. I called Dave early March for an update and he said they would be out late March. We talked a few days later, paid him for the paint and they were out in the next few days to start the paint job. He completed it on time, even with the interruptions of rain. Dave and his crew of two were very pleasant to deal with, and did an excellent job. Very highly recommend Classic Pro."

I got multiple estimates for redoing my backyard and ultimately decided to go with WPD based on how great Joe was during the estimate. I told him what I wanted and he was able to answer all of my questions with great detail. He also provided his input on expertise on what would work best based on our yard. The price was extremely fair based on the final product, the work they did, supplies, and how easy and great the crew was. Darwin led the crew with Marteen and Modesto. I cannot rave enough about how professional and hardworking they were. They came each day and worked incredibly hard transforming our backyard. They were so friendly and a pleasure to work With. Our backyard had sod down that never really took because it was installed poorly and incorrectly by another company. WPD removed it all, raised the backyard to be completely level. They built a retaining wall around the yard, expanded our patio by installing a beautiful and fantastic paver patio (roughly 13x18) and then next to that they added an awesome turf area for our kids.
