"527 Floors and more did an incredible job tearing out old flooring that was poorly installed and putting in new luxury vinyl flooring fo me. He also replaced the staid and used a strip that should assist with damage from tenants bouncing furniture down. I’ve already referred his company to a friend, and will be using him again next month on another job!"

"Bill and crew do a great job. I hired The Floor Doctor multiple times as a residential remodeling contractor. Happy homeowners make for happy contractors, and as such the Floor Doctor remains on my go-to list."

"Kirk and his team helped investigate the source of a leak, remove and replace caulking, and repair drywall. They were efficient and did no more than necessary. Project came in slightly under the estimate as a result. I'm very thankful and pleased with their work."

"Martin did an excellent job with a complicated shower install with water damage caused by the old shower unit that required replacing floor and joists. "Our Maple hardwood floor of 20 years had developed numerous scratches, so we wanted it refinished. It seems to be the smarter option than replacing it. Of the half dozen contractors that came out to do an estimate, only Travis with J&B showed respect, professionalism and desire to do the job well. In this day and age, those are exceedingly rare qualities unfortunately. We have an open floor plan with 20-ft ceilings covering 2 floors. Some contractors told me that there would be so much dust that we would have to hire cleaners to deep clean the entire house. In contract, Travis told me that their process would be about 90% dust-free, and was willing to work with me on further dust control. On the first day, Travis and his crew showed up promptly and covered most of the non-work interior of the house with plastic. They sanded down the floors with equipment that’s attached to vacuum hoses. In the end of the day, the vacuums collected two drums of wood scraps and the plastic covers only collected a thin layer of dust. 3 days and 3 coats of sealants later, we had our floor looking brand new and beautiful. We chose the Bona water-based finish, so the odor wasn’t bad at all. Before applying the final coat, they removed all the plastic and vacuumed the house. I would say in the end, it was more like 95% dust-free. We only had to do a couple of hours of cleaning ourselves after things dried. On and all, we are very happy with the results. This is definitely the best bang-per-buck of all the remodel projects we have been through. Travis and J&B are real pros in this business, and I’d recommend them to anyone in a heart beat."

"Eugene is so capable, talented and amazing! He single handedly put all of our furniture out of the way so he can start installing our floor. He removed the toilet to install the floor and FIX OUR TOILET! He then removed our refrigerator, range, and dishwasher ALL BY HIMSELF!! He originally told me he would have my floor done in 5 days but finished in 3 days. Before he left I asked him to give me an estimate for our carpeted area. We will have him install our carpet next. We requested some little things he even went right to Home Depot to help us finish the job. I will highly recommend using Flooring Pro Inc. There are only 5 stars on the review, I would give him 10 stars if I could."

"Guys from Pacific Floors installed brand new engineered hardwood and baseboards in my three-bedroom house. They finished on schedule and did a beautiful job; my house looks like new now. I already scheduled this company to do a full upgrade for my bathroom's tile."

"They did an excellent job. I would recommend them."
