"The team from Floyd'sTree Service was hard working and professional. They worked long into the evening in an attempt to complete the job prior to an impending storm. They took extra care to minimize damage to wet areas in our yard, were meticulous in their clean-up efforts, and trimmed a number of extra trees for us while they were on site.

"I was not originally contacted by the provider as stated in the e-mail I received from Angies List, so I had to call them to schedule an appointment.  When I did call them, I was told that they never received my information from Angies List and that this had been happening to him quite often and other providers who were using Angies List that he spoke with.  Once I contacted him we had no issues with setting up a day and time.
The original time was set for 9:00 AM but he called and said he was delayed at another job due to an emergency and would be about an hour late.  He showed up within that hour and the job was completed with no problems.  The cleaning took less than a half hour and the carpet looked great.  They even picked up the couch in the living room and cleaned under it before putting back down on foam squares to protect the carpet from the couch metal legs.  They did a great job and were very friendly.

They did an excellent job they were very efficient and even cleaned up areas of sticks and limbs I had piled up for two years.
