We did this knowing that they were a higher price because of the hard sell commitment that our timeline could be maintained. - No communication for a month after they got our deposit - multiple follow up communication from me, asking for timing updates, etc. without any response - missed both of our initial milestone deadlines without comment or commitment to a timeline - finally get engagement after calling the construction manager directly and threatening to pull the project Our experience from the point of project start through completion was very good. the work was professional, the team was knowledgeable and responsive and the finished product is AWESOME. I worked with Ben from the outset and gradually came to an agreement on the scope of work and the price (which kept coming down as we negotiated). I was going out of town so the actual work was delayed by my request for over a month but as soon as I returned, Ben called and the work was scheduled.
