Our new A/C was making a loud rattling/rumbling noise when we started it up this year, like a washing machine out of balance. I found A-Plus Air Conditioning based on reviews here and on the Lennox website. I called A-Plus and one other company on Thursday morning. The competitor was not able to fit me in the schedule until Monday. David at A-Plus called back within an hour and scheduled me for Friday morning. We had a mixup on the telephone number, but when I called Friday as my initial window was ending, David called back and placed me in the queue within an hour. Jeremy arrived with a smile and pleasant demeanor. He opened up the air handler and quickly found the cause of the rattling. A small plastic wrapper was the culprit. Jeremy tested the system with just the fan and then the A/C and the noise was gone. No muss, no fuss. Quality work! Will call A-Plus for future preventative maintenance. Thank you for your prompt help!"

"Alex Blaker and his team were referred to me by ADU small home sales person in Austin Tx. My project was creating additional barrier walls in a home for the PadSplit app. We had to add 3 electrical outlets, as well as connect a clothes washer that required all lines electrical and water to be ran. Alex was cordial, easy to work with and genuinely cares about the work and level of craftsmanship that goes into the project. You will meet Dario and others on his team who are incredibly polite, clean, and efficient. Project was completed in a little over a week. Budget: initial bid around $7800 + taxes, two owner approved add ons elevated the project around $600. (Plug relocation, and dryer vent routing) Payment was made in 3 payments over the life of the project. I like this as it lets you see the project be started first. Alex kept me in the loop every day and came over in person to inspect, and recommend updates to the job. Happy to work with Alex and his team and look forward to working with them on future projects!"
