John ordered and replaced the unit and then researched the codes. When the new unit proved not o be the issue, he refunded the cost and worked through the documentation he found (not easily provided by the manufacturer). The unit is now working perfectly and we will definitely contact John for any future servicing required."

The job we presented them with was NOT an easy one, and Kevin got creative in order to remove some old plumbing fixtures in order to connect our new washer and stack the dryer.
