Oscar was punctual for his appointment and discussed the project with me, then submitted a sketch and cost estimate. This house is located in an upper middle class neighborhood and the completed job was not simply attractive, but beautiful and adds to the value of the house. Oscar is not only experienced and skilled in his profession, but in my opinion he serves as a role model for the perfect handyman/contractor.
