The plumber showed up in 30 minutes and installed a new valve that solved the problem. The project was to remove a 60 year old ceramic floor, repair the wood subfloor, install cement board, level the floor, install new tile, replace all old plumbing, and install a new vanity. After completion, all trash was removed, house cleaned and fingerprints cleaned from my back door. Before you select a contractor, talk to Tom."
