"They are the best! Customer service was AMAZING!! Starting from choosing the design, to the quote, all the way to the door arriving and the installation. This was the best decision to switch out the storm door and they made it feel so easy. I canà ¢à  à  t wait for my next project with them."

"The house has a limited amount of guttering so it wasn't an expensive job although another company wanted to charge us $1900- which is a big saving. It went well. I liked the person that talked to us and the guys that did the work got here on time and called us to give us a heads up when they were coming. They were late but called to warn us that they were running over time at their previous job but did it on the day they said they would. The sales pitch from both companies was that they would completely clean and refill all the gutters - make sure that there were no leaks and make sure that the attachments to the floor were running properly. However, that wasn't done - they didn't do that. As it turns out, my gutters weren't that old and they seemed to be working fine- it is not like there is a problem. They came out to test the gutters but didn't run any water and I never saw them with any caulking and so they didn't comply with that promise part of the service. It had been raining and gutters seem to be flowing fine and the guards are in place."

"This company installed seamless gutters on my new home. They did an amazing job! They were very professional, and kept me informed during the entire process from the beginning estimate through the completion of the job. They left my property very clean. I would definitely hire them again and I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed."

"The salesman indicated that they would replace rotted wood; however, the installers did not replace any wood. The installers were on time, did their work quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was, however, several times greater than the closest estimate. The product looks good, and the wood behind the gutters was wrapped in a metal-type siding, so it should be protected from contact with water. Overall, I am pleased, but no one appreciates being lied to."

"Delong LLC do excellent, timely, guaranteed satisfaction work. Their waste removal pros were excellent and I highly recommend using them anytime you have a business or home project . 10/10!"

"The work went extremely well.  As the job progressed he offered suggestions on how to make the overall job better,  Mike suggested a change in the stairway railing construction which turned out amazing.  He also suggested the crows nest deck railing system be changed to a custom made wood painted system because of the uniqueness of the location.  We decided to add painting all the house trim and fascia after the work started.  Mike seamlessly took on this addon.  Based on the emailed pictures the house looks outstanding.  He takes pride in his workmanship.  Mike is also diligent on project cost control.  He got competitive bids on the "Tamrail" deck railing system and achieved significant cost savings.  Overall the project is on time and under budget.   We have subsequently asked Mike to do a couple more smaller maintenance and upgrade projects.  Mike says he doesn't necessarily do the job the easy way, but rather he does it the right way.   We highly recommend Mike...he was a pleasure to work with.
