"We found MN Building Contractors at the Rochester home show. The bid was comparable to the 8 contractors who bid. Bill offered suggestions and options we felt would improve the overall appearance, which is why we choose him. We had new windows, storm doors, siding, facia, soffit and gutter installed. His crews were professional, on time and did excellent work and cleaned up very well. Everything was completed in a timely manor. There were a few minor issues Bill addressed quickly and personally. Bill communicated well from bidding to completion, so we always knew what and who to expect and when. Working with Bill was like working with a friend. However, he started late (and di not call me as he had promised) and his crew did not show up at the time that he gave to me (about 2 hours late). HE also wasn't "on the job" full-time. He did not produce an aesthetically pleasing roof for us --- we have a unique home and even the flat roof is important in terms of attractiveness. We decided that we would just let it go, but I would not use him again for a flat roof."
