"The electrician that was sent to do our work was 20 minutes late (I'm not sure if it's because he couldn't find our house, no explanation was given).  However, barring that, he was courteous and professional.  He worked quietly without requiring any additional input after he was given instructions for the services we needed performed.  He installed our cable access points, and kept mess to a minimum by laying a tarp down, which we greatly appreciated.  The service took around four hours and aside from needing to take a short trip to obtain a missing part, it went smoothly.  We will definitely use Kuntz Electric in the future for our electrical needs."

"Our daughter was married on August 31. We contacted Tracy in July to obtain a bid. He provided us with 3 variations of the bid, including cedar, synthetic, and the newer deluxe synthetic decking. We decided to go ahead with a cedar deck, size 16 x 18. <br /> It was a busy summer for Tracy. We advised him of our timeline. As August marched on, we wondered whether he would get to our project before the wedding (which would have been ok.) When he called about August 15, I told him that we wouldn't want to get things started if he couldn't finish by August 28. Tracy assured us that he could finish in time. <br /> The crew put up that deck in 4 days! They anticipated only taking out a portion of the patio, but once started, Tracy called me and told me he thought they should take out all of it, so that water didn't flow toward the foundation when it rained. I agreed. So the design changed to include landscaping plastic covered by river rock under the deck. (The only additional cost to us was for the materials, although the work was increased.) <br /> The deck is beautiful and very well built. We noticed that the supports under the deck were placed 12 inches apart rather than the normal 16 or 18 inches, making the deck that much more solid. Tracy's design includes cedar 4 X 4 posts, but between the posts are aluminum poles. The 4 X 4s include caps that are very decorative. <br /> Several neighbors commented on the attractive deck and said, "Wow, that sure went up fast!" Recently our lawn care professional left a note about the state of the lawn and added a postscript: "Love the new deck in the back!" We couldn't be more pleased, and feel fortunated to have found TS Custom Decks. This is an unqualified recommendation. <br /> <br />"
