"The initial fence removal and new fence were installed quickly and done well. We are so happy with how things came out. The gate was completed a few weeks later because they needed to wait for some parts to come in. In these times with Covid, I know supplies can be difficult to find as I had trouble buying a refrigerator a few months prior. Chad maintained communication with me to keep me updated throughout the process. When they came out to do the gate, there were a few problems initially getting everything to line up as they were using the existing poles in order to save me some money. All my concerns were addressed and they all worked hard to make it right. I would have no problem recommending Fence Pros Direct to family and friends and I would use them again."

"As with any exterior work, weather caused a few delays.  When we had a firm start date, they arrived on time and were very professional and respectful. They explained the planned schedule of what they would be doing when, and hey followed it. At times I can be a tough customer due to my expectations of quality. I am willing to pay to get it. I had them do some extra sanding and filling in some dimples and gouges to get a better final appearance to the house.
I have to say that they met every expectation I had and even exceeded a few..  I had told them that they should replace any rotted wood they find, but they still wanted to get my OK each time they found more rot. I appreciated this as there was a substantial amount of rot on the fascia boards behind the gutters and some on the trim.  I was aware of about 50% of what they found. The job they did replacing the wood was exceptional and they did it all within the planned schedule. They were also very accommodating to our schedule to have them not be working on the bedroom sides of the house prior to 9:00am. They would work on other parts of the house prior to 9:00 and the bedroom portion after that.
I can not say enough positive about them and their work. Very professional, considerate, excellent communication, and quality work.
