I couldn’t recall, then realized it was a long time ago. 30 years! As a new homeowner I had zero experience so I was relying on my husband. He died 5 years after we bought this house and being clueless about the care & upkeep on it. I neglected pretty much everything. Lowes the Company offered the same exact cleaning as 2 other companies that gave me estimates over $1,000. "would not recommend this company. After they cleaned my AC, the technician seemed visibly panicked, and shortly after he left, my AC completely stopped working. I contacted the company right away. They said they would reach out to the technician, but no one has followed up. I also tried contacting the technician myself with no response. It has now been two days without AC and no communication from the company. Extremely disappointing service and lack of accountability."

I finally asked to have my deposit returned and as of this date (3/22/22) they have not returned my deposit. Now I have to take further action. These people are not honorable. I gave a one star because there was no ZERO to give."
