He offered to due lifetime architectural shingles for an extra $100. I signed the contract on that deal because I realized how good a deal it was for the total price being charged. When the workers showed up they arrived before 7:00 am and were done around 5:00 pm.  They were fast, focused and personal. They cleaned up well, spared the flowers and shrubs, picked up all the nails and cleaned up as if they were never there. I was really pleased to have such a great job done at such a  low price. Everyone I talk , who knows about roofing cost, said I got a great deal. <br /> <br /> In light of that, I highly recommend Higgins Construction for anyone who is looking for good work, professional, at a reasonable price."

"It couldn’t have gone better! The crew came tore off the old roof. After they got the old roof off a storm front came through. These guys were up on the roof with a giant tarp strapping it down makin it water tight and I never had a single leak. It’s a pity that it’s a flat roof because it’s truly a work of art and no one else can see it. I’m exceptionally pleased that they have offered to come back in the spring to make sure that everything is still OK. I only have one roof , but if I had another I wouldn’t think twice about hiring them again. They were easy to work with and really know their business."
