They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "I saw his name on line My wife and I live out of town. I contacted Dillon ,we talked. I hired him without really knowing how his work was. Have him a key to the house we had purchased. He and his workers came in and sanded the floors. Cleaned up what mess they had made and put furniture back. It was 2 months latter when I came back down to Shallotte and saw the floors. They were beautiful. Everything he said they would do was done. Beautiful job and not even knowing him or his work except what reviews were on line. He did excellent work and really no mess for me to take care of when I was back down in early October. Very trustworthy. I really can't say to much about his work without taking up 2 pages of space.
