We picked out the color of roof, provided samples to review for me and my wife. Phil from Titan roofing sent over Joliet code for full replacement to my insurance carrier and they got me my entire roof replaced and gutters. Came out and got the job done in two days in February 2022!! They did a great job on installation, cleanup and services. Their storm door product (ProVia) costs a bit more than big box storm doors but feel I got more for the money as well. Will of course know their true durability only after many years have passed but product certainly looks and feels sturdier than my old Larson doors which themselves weren't bad."

"Tim replaced our fascia a couple of years ago, so I asked for another quote for full roof replacement and installing a bath vent in the roof. The quote was one of the lowest using a good quality shingle. I must of asked at the right time because we were able to schedule the roof replacment within the week. Tim was very patient as we went back and forth with shingle colors. The work went very smooth. Because of the pitch of the roof, it took a day longer than expected. The roof looks excellent. His team cleaned ok, there were some big pieces, but Tim helped clean the metal nails and staples on the final inspection. It was a very good experience."

Internet searches led me to contact APR Roofers and its Dave Miller, who got someone (Jose) to look at the roof within a few days, even during a week this October of storms that had everyone looking for help. Jose found what he believed was the problem (a subtle one, involving a barrier under the adjoining pitched shingled roof), got back to it promptly before the next rain, patched anything else that looked questionable, and now after some 45 hours of steady rain, no leak! Assuming it's fixed, even for wind-driven rain, we're delighted with APR. Communication was great, Jose is a skilled, personable worker, and Dave even called to ask if the leak was fixed, though with this type of repair (rather than new roof) there's no guarantee. Price seemed fair enough for the nature of the problem, skills, bonded workmen, materials, and need to have it done quickly."
