"Mike Trent, the owner, took me up on the roof (I volunteered), explained the problem and what needed to be done; the chimney cap was rusty, leaking and needed to be replaced. He then recommended he ordee and that I do the actual replacement with the help of my handy man. He took all the measurements and called it in to his fabricator. He described (& I wrote down), step by step what needed to be done, which is very simple. If we had any trouble, he would come and finish the project. By doing it this way, I saved $500."
