"We were super impressed with the quality of work, professionalism, and responsiveness of Angel and his team. Even with the COVID-19 outbreak going on, Angel was able to make an initial visit to survey our property and discuss projects within a day of sending an inquiry, and was professional about maintaining social distancing throughout the discussion. We had a quote in just over a week (even with the busy season just picking up) and were able to get started on the projects after a bout of rainstorms passed. Angel's team worked swiftly and professionally, and did a beautiful job helping us clean up our property. We had several garden beds that had not ever been properly edged and had fallen to disrepair before we moved in last summer, and they now look better than we could've imagined. "Roberto Nunez, owner of RCN called me in the evening on the day I placed the request. He agreed to come the next day to review the project, which is to remove snow and ice from my walk and driveway. As it happened it did snow that morning! He came right after the snow stopped, checked out the scope of the job, quoted the price and after my approval, got right to work. He agreed to return whenever it snows. No need to call. I am very satisfied with this arrangement. I can no longer get rid of the snow and ice myself. The driveway is a bit long and has a slight incline which can get icy if not salted. It is comforting to know that this job will be taken care of in the future. Mr. Nunez is a very pleasant gentleman, and I'm confident that I can rely on him to perform as promised."
