"Arrived on time and ready to work. Checked out the flue from inside the house, cleaned it with brush and vacuum, cleaned up dust on the hearth, and then went up on the roof to inspect the system from outside. Talked to me about the condition of the firebox lining, which has a small crack but does not yet need to be replaced. Quoted me a figure for the lining's eventual replacement. Then he asked if I was interested in having my clothes dryer vent cleaned, and I was. So he went back on the roof and cleaned the vent with brush and vacuum. Also, I mentioned that the fireplace sometimes allowed smoke back into the room, and he showed me how to open and close the fresh-air vent."

"I called Extreme in the morning and they had someone out that afternoon. His high-power vacuum cleaned out my dryer vent all the way up to the roof and did the same for the appliance vent hose and the dryer itself. He also checked the condition of the hose, cleaned up the area behind the dryer, showed us a picture of the cleaned vent, and showed us the vacuum cannister which was full of the lint removed from our vent. He was courteous, fast-working, and thorough."

"They arrived within their 2 hour window and called to let me know they were on there way. They said they would give me a 30 minute heads up, but I only received a 15 minute heads up, but that was okay. They arrived and I showed them the two rooms that needed cleaning as well as the two rugs that needed cleaning. The two men felt they could get the stains out. They got right to work. The stains appear to have come out of the carpet. I was very pleased with the results. I added another service which they said would help the high traffic areas stay well kept. They cleaned the rugs and treated them for the pet stains as well. They were thorough and pleasant to work with. They told me to allow 8 hours for the carpet to dry. I will reinspect the carpet once they are dry. All in all, I was pleased with the service and their professionalism."

I've been using the Virtual Repairman for a few years now for both the washer/dryer and refrigerator. Both appliances were bought at the same time around 14 years ago and stay in top working condition not only because of Jim's care but also his teaching style! "Jose is a professional who cares about the quality of the work he does.  He arrived on time, quickly set up and started washing the windows.  He carries his own water tank with a water softening system so that the water he uses does not leave spots or streaks.  It is not power washing, either; he uses a gentle scrubber.  We were extremely pleased with the appearance of our windows and with the cost.  He also cleans chimneys (in fact, that's how he started and then added windows for a more even year-round work load, and we will also use him to clean our chimney. <br />"
