He added his experience to our thoughts and we now have a beautiful new 40 foot by 42 inch attractive walk leading to our back relaxing garden. Nicolas was true to his timing, delivered his materials to our home and his men did a fine job of preparing the site and installing the walk. They were excellent about leaving the job site orderly at the end of the day. The installer Ezekiel is a real master at installation - slopping the walk properly while making it aesthetically eye pleasing. Nicolas is a true professional and a fine gentleman to work with. "After spending $40k+ on a complete irrigation system, landscaping (grass and plants) and hardscape we ask Sean to come back to finish the project and add some additional irrigation. He came by as promised, took notes on what we wanted, which was minor compared to the work he had already done, and said he would get back to us. Never heard from him again. He has NEVER followed-up on the original job to ensure everything was working. Some of the plants he installed died, he said he would take of that. Never heard from him again. This was not the first time we used this company, but I would never recommend them or would I ever hire this company again. E-mailed several times early on to find out what was happening, NO response ever. Very disappointed in a company we thought was reliable and trustworthy."
