"My house had extensive water damage requiring $85K of complex repairs. Insurance paid for it but I had to select a contractor. All South Restoration was recommended to me and I'm very happy that I decided to hire them. First, they identified many repair items that were missed by a professional insurance adjuster and, based on their professional estimate and reputation, insurance agree to pay for additional repairs which saved me many thousands $$$ as otherwise I would have to pay for these repairs from my own pocket later on. Second, despite complexity of the project and current shortages of materials, the project was completed on time, as promised at the beginning, and on budget which means all the house repair cost was covered 100% by insurance and overall the house looks better than before flooding. Third, quality of work and materials is great and as promised with frequent and detail communication during the entire project. "I had a brand new heat pump system installed in April 2023. They sent subcontractors to install it who were very unprofessional and they left bare wires hanging out of the machine and it did not look like it was installed correctly. It stopped working completely 4 times in 5 months, the last time was on October 10, service tech said, “I really don’t agree with the way they installed it “ he said the wires were barely connected so it kept losing power. He got it working again and left. Two weeks ago it got cold and we turned the system to heat for the very first time. It blew cold air. We made ANOTHER service call. The technician said that a switch had “gone bad” because, “they wear out” we explained that we have never used the heat even once, so how could the switch be worn out. Then they advised they had to order a part. Over a week later the part came in and they returned and that still didn’t fix. Now they say the compressor has, “gone bad” and when we reiterated that we have never even used it so how is it worn out they answered, “they just go bad sometimes” we still don’t have heat, they say they have to order more parts. We asked them to look over the whole system because we don’t think it is installed right and I am genuinely concerned that it is a fire hazard and they looked at it, put electrical tape on some hanging wires and left. We have had to take SIX days off work so far and buy space heaters and we are no closer to having a working system. This unit is less then SIX MONTHS OLD. At this point I have no choice but to pursue legal action. This whole experience has been terrible and has cost me hundreds in missed time at work and I’m still paying for a system that does not work."

"Great service, on time both times. Direct and honest. Showed me the gauge, told me what was needed and things to look for. Upon the system freezing up to low gas later, they came right out on time and did exactly what they said was needed. Always very professional, nice and easy to talk to. Explain things in terms us non-ac people can understand. I will always use them. Will use them when ready to clean air ducts."

"My wife called the company and explicitly stated there were items in the air ducts dropped by a toddler. When the technician arrived, my wife again explained the issue. The technician then hooked up their negative air flow whatever machine for 25 minutes. At the end, he told us the dust is all out. When asked about the items dropped in the ducts, he stated we don't do that. They then charged our card $200 for a service we didn't ask for or need. The phone representative only gave her first name as Tiffany. When calling the company, they offered no resolution and insinuated that we misunderstood. This is a complete scam. We would never have agreed to air duct dust particle cleaning. There's no evidence it actually helps. Avoid them at all costs."
