"We were quoted $350 to clean our range hood, with the proviso that it could be more depending on the complexity of the project. He spent three hours in the kitchen and handed me a bill for $1,000. Granted our hood was very dirty, but at no point in the three hours did he reach out to let us know he'd be tripling the estimate. He also claims to be a BBB Accredited Business, but bbb.org has no file on him. There was also Easy Off overspray over adjacent cabinets and the wall. "

They even did little things that I wouldn't have counted as part of a cleaning, like pour our dogs' food from the bag it came in, into the storage bin where it's supposed to go. They were punctual and efficient, and I would definitely recommend them."

"Our heater stopped functioning on Nov 27, 2023 and we called Petro who had done the maintenance on it before and replaced a motor two years ago. They were responsive and a technician came two days later. He worked for 3 hours without explaining what the problem was. Then said he needed to replace the motor. He fixed the problem and left without much explanation. Two days later a bill of $2500 came via email. No explanation, no break-down. I called 4 times over the last 20 days, spoke to 4 different reps and was promised that a supervisor will contact me with the bill details. Nothing happened. Irresponsible customer service and unprofessional behavior. They show all the symptoms of big, bureaucratic, and indifferent service company. I would not recommend Petro if you have options of more personalized services."
