"Project: Repair and partially replace stucco surface of small retaining wall. Phil met with me and we discussed how to treat a short retaining wall that was losing the stucco surface after about 4 years since it was originally plastered. The wall was alowing water seepage to come thru the concrete block and lifting the original stucco finish off. Phil suggested a repair , consisting of first scraping all loose stucco off the wall and then applying an adhesive type undercoat followed by a total restucco of the wall. It was done very professionally , minimal debris, 2-day process , and it looks great. Now I just have to see how it holds up over the next 4-5 years . Highly recommend PG Plastering."

"Art was extremely helpful and accommodating at every step of the project, from bidding through scheduling and even some additional work we needed a few weeks later. The team worked efficiently, doing a new main line install (going under our sidewalk and concrete without any demolition), re-piped the horizontal pipes under the house with copper (they were 100 year old galvanized), and setup a new shut off and regulator outside. They did everything in a day and cleaned up nicely. When we had other contractors working on our foundation 2 weeks later, they bent over backwards to get plumbers out the next day to make some fixes to drain pipe and at an excellent price. I got quotes from three companies and Repipe Pro was the most competitive and also great responsiveness from Art and his wife Thelma who run the business. "Wiring installation for a ceiling fan created several openings in a popcorn ceiling that needed patching,   We used Brad Patrick three years ago (recommended that time by our painter)  to perform similar repairs in the same room due to a plumbing leak (we were quite please with their work that time),  and as a new member of Angie's List we were happy to find Brad Patrick on the list.  Brad responded promptly to our inquiry, and we set up a convenient day for the work; we preferred early morning for this, and he was happy to accommodate us in that.  The men arrived on time, did a very professional job, and cleaned up their work very well.  We trust we won't have to have this room done again, but if we need similar work done, Brad would be the first person we'd call.  This obviously was a small repair job, but Brad was happy to do it, which we really appreciate."
