"There were some problems with installation (siding around windows shabby looking) and sizing (couple of windows didn't fit and wouldn't go up/down), but all problems were satisfactorily addressed in a timely manner.  Installer (Roger) was professional and pleasant; he always called 20-30 minutes ahead to say he was on his way.
