"A friend recommended this company to me, and everything went well at first. I had delays due to the city permit, which was ultimately resolved. My complaint is that the work was designed well, but the concrete cracked. They never fixed it. The seal they put on was stained. The driveway looks dirty. When I look outside my house, all I see is wasted money and a lot of disappointment. Estimated work time: 4 months."

I left the conversation with a better understanding of the initial inspection process and thoroughly impressed with the overall customer service of everyone I came into contact with at Alpha. From the sales team, field techs and management, my customer service experience was top notch. It's obvious to me that customer service and satisfaction is at the top of their priority list and it resonates througout the organization. Although I experienced a very minor issue with the initial diagnosis of the problems my property was having, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future and would recommend them to friends and family."

Communication was somewhat concerned since he spoke little English, however, by using phone translation and the help from my neighbor who spoke Spanish made it easy for him to know what I needed ☑️ . I was redoing my entire house after I bought it and eagle concrete by far was the best vendor I had. My driveway was the last thing I did to my house. "We had used Pristine Landscaping in 2013 to completely landscape our front and back yards. We did a search on Angie’s List at that time and selected Pristine as they had very good reviews. Based on the work they did for us in 2013 and the excellent reviews on Angie’s List this year, we chose to have them work with us again. Sue came out and did a walk around with us to get an idea of what we wanted to do. She then gave us her ideas. A few days later, she emailed us a plan for what needed to be done, including the plants she would use. Once we agreed to the plan, she gave us a date for the start of the job. This particular job was going to take two days. On the agreed on date, they showed up on time and got busy taking out the old landscaping and then placed the new plants where they were supposed to go. After making a couple of adjustments, they started putting in the new plants. Even though she had a supervisor on the job, Sue was here a lot making sure that we were satisfied every step of the way. Our job this time was more complicated than the one in 2013 but the results were just as outstanding. During our walkaround at the end of the job, we were just amazed at how good our landscaping looked. So, in summary, from the more simple to the complex, It is obvious why Pristine has so many five star reviews on Angie’s List. You absolutely can’t go wrong using them for your landscaping needs. And Sue is just the icing on the cake."
