We wanted our cabinets refaced, and were replacing a couple appliances and were having difficulty getting other contractors to return our calls or provide an estimate. It seems most remodelers want to gut your entire kitchen and start from scratch, which is costly, not to mention time consuming. Heather returned our call right away, showed up on time, provided a detailed estimate, and timeline to complete the project. Our kitchen is large so her time estimate to complete our kitchen remodel was 10-14 days, and the project was completed on time. Heather is indeed an artisan! She has an abundance of experience and knowledge. She has an “eye” for nuances of color and helped us choose the best door color and style to match our existing granite countertop that we didn’t want to replace. Her attention to detail is amazing. Heather not only replaced all our cabinet doors and drawers, she re configured cabinets to accommodate new appliances, converted a stack of drawers to a pull out trash/recycle center, moved a poorly placed warming drawer, reconfigured drawers to line up for a more esthetic appearance, and created a new cabinet panel for our cabinet depth refrigerator. Heather and her assistant Rachel work together very efficiently and clean up thoroughly at the end of every work day. We were actually able to cook and use our kitchen while this remodel was in progress. Heather also knows many other craftsmen and helped us find someone to raise and repair our granite countertop that had settled in one area, as well as remove a large hanging ineffective range hood over our island cooktop. We couldn’t be happier with our cabinets and have received many compliments! We plan to have Heather and Rachel reface and re door our bathroom cabinets in the near future. An added bonus: Heather and Rachel love dogs and immediately befriended our 2 rescues. This was the first time we didn’t have to keep our dogs closed up in a different room all day while the project was completed."

The work started immediately, on Feb. 26, and the rest was done by agreement between pre-scheduled jobs. Due to rainy days and Tracy being short-handed, there were some communication problems. The work was completed on March 22nd or 23rd."
