"replaced 11 windows in total. only took them one day. Only issue that came up was on the day of installation we were informed that one window had grids (didn't match the others) - we were told that they would still replace the windows and follow up when the correct style was in stock to fix the window. 8 days after the installation, I got a call saying the window without grids was in stock - had it installed the following day in less than 5 minutes. Could not have been happier dealing with North GA Windows."

"Mark the Owner comes across as a very nice individual, Salesman Jim was nice to work with and Dennis did an awesome job of installing the door. If the blind inside the glass on the door hadn’t broken I never would have known the door I paid for which clearly states on my sales agreement was a Jeld Wen wasn’t a Jeld Wen that was installed. I emailed Mark in November last year and let him know the blind had broken and was the door under warranty since it was purchased in 2017. He answered the next day stating he’d order a replacement window for the door since it was still under warranty. After that initial email, I sent two others to Mark and they went unanswered. Finally figured out I wasn’t ever going to get a reply so in April I contacted Jeld Wen directly only to be told it wasn’t one of their doors. ATL Area Window & Door Company seems to be a nice company to work with, just make sure what you’re paying for is actually what is installed."

"Best of the best good people make for great results. Great experience had never replaced windows before Megan, Josh and Tim set the bar really high. Truthful, honest, helpful from quote to finish product. Our new windows help the house hold a 30 degree difference inside to out saving us lots of money! We had the cap all regular wood with aluminum soon morning painting. We got three windows with an error in building them and Tim the owner came out and replaced them him self this type care and concern is very rare today. I have referred them to friends who purchased and will continue to refer them would use them again if I needed windows. Great company,"
