"Mr. Grace is very professional and quickly gave me two survey options to choose from. His price is very very reasonable. Half of the surveyors that contacted me did so with a very high price and wouldn't do what I wanted unless I had first paid for a full boundary survey. The other half didn't bother giving me a quote and just replied with an email saying they are very busy and can't help me (AKA your job isn't big enough for us to bother with). Note, I had marked in the request that I was planning and budgeting, time wasn't an issue. Mr Grace gave a quote for what I wanted done and he keep me up to date on when he would arrive to do the work. After the work was done he walked me thru the job and explained everything to me. I have inquired from both neighbors where the property line existed and couldn't get answers.  In fact, I took them at their word until reviewing property map from county didn't coincide with their estimates.  After contacting Wide Open Land Surveying, Mr. Shirey scheduled gave me an online quote, we discussed a date and he showed up as and started. The results, I received property markings, aerial map image, and property maps by mail and official copy by mail.
