"National Van Lines only sent us two guys to pickup our items. The delivery was much better with three guys. However, they packed our items pretty tight and things got crush a bit. So, the service was okay for the money we paid. "

"After talking to Kevin Bailey, I was sure that I was in good hands. When the truck arrived I knew that it wasn?t large enough to load all my furniture, so we had to make 2 trips which cost me more money than I was quoted. When the guys arrived, I specifically explained how things should be placed in the storage unit bc some furniture would be moved out first. I wasn?t able to keep an eye on what they doing from start to finish. Well, I went to the storage unit to remove my things out and it was so unorganized that I couldn?t get one foot inside the storage unit. They only wrapped one mattress and I had three, a lot of other delicate furniture should?ve been wrapped but wasn?t. I paid a lot of money to have professionals to handle my move and on top of that, I gave each guy a tip. "
