"I would recommend that you contact Felipe if you are in need of hardwood flooring. He and his crew did an amazing job on my entire home. I had carpet upstairs and they came in moved the furniture, removed the carpet and installed hardwood flooring through out. I went with solid wood so it required them to install, sand, and stain. They were very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. My down stairs already had hardwood so it required him to sand and stain. I am completely satisfied with my new floors. I also felt comfortable leaving him and his crew in my home alone if I needed to run errands. I just decided that I want to put hardwood in my master bedroom closet and I've reached out to him to do that work as well. Thanks Felipe for everything!!!!!"

"We have worked with Ricky and Lori with Emperial Hardwood Floors for the past 10 years. They have performed various tasks from repairing/installing new hardwood floors to refinishing floors. They have always performed their work in a professional manner, on-time and on-budget. Ricky normally oversees the office side of things (proposals, scheduling, coordination) and George manages the field side. Everyone is extremely easy to work with, know their profession and always try to please the client. We had a white-washed stain/finish applied to all our hardwood floors throughout the entire house (~2,400 sq.ft.). Ricky and George went the extra length to ensure this difficult job was technically doable and completed in a quality manner. We also had both front and rear staircases replaced with new tread/risers, newel posts and railings, and balusters replaced with decorative wrought iron. We could not have been more pleased with the outcome of all projects. We will use them on all future work, and highly recommend them."

"The work I had was to replace the wooden floor for the kitchen,dining,living and sun rooms plus the pantry,powder room and the passage leading from the front door,due to a leaking pipe.For quality of the job done, I would give the company 10 out of 5 if that was possible. They were quick to make contact with us through Home Advisor and provided an estimate within a few days. I actually got four other estimates and they were the most competitive. The important thing to me was the measurements they provided. The square feet for the area to be repaired with engineered wood, was the least of all the estimates. Area measured by Kairos was approximately 850 sq ft. All the others were 1000-1100 square feet!!! I knew he was the closest to what was required. At the end of the project, only five lengths of wood was remaining. Amazing. That told me a lot about his honesty and right away I hired him. That’s another 10 out of 5!!!! Douglas the owner is a charming person and knows his job really well. I unequivocally recommend him very highly. A job well done."

"The guys moved all the furniture/appliances out of the rooms, pulled up all the old flooring, laid the new vinyl plank flooring, including molding and caulking. They did whatever little things I noticed in the completed work. They moved all the furniture and appliances back into place.
