"I got an estimate and accepted 10/07/2019. Roof was not leaking, but was 25 years old and needed to be replaced. Job started 1/31/2020. Roof is composite single and flat with white modified bitumen. Two 18" dormer vents were added to the single roof. Work was completed 2/7/2020. all trash and debris wa removed and area was left clean.I wa pleased with the result"

Unlike other bidders, Mr. Cohen came to the site himself, explained my leaking-roof options, and offered three price tiers: quick fix, solid repair, or full re-roof. He honestly advised that the cheap fix would cost the most long-term, so I chose the full re-roof. My 70-year-old home's sheathing was in bad shape — replacement far exceeded the 10% in the contract, yet he charged a very fair price to restore all of it. How is it an unforeseen problem?. Poor estimating job or bait and switch? Either way, It left us with a bad taste in the mouth..."
