As a first time homeowner, I went through the arduous process of educating myself on everything about my home including its structure and one of the points of repair that I knew was critical was foundation repairs and retrofitting. I reached out to multiple contractors and got a few assessments and quotes and what was different about Alpha Structural is they are not "selling retrofitting" as some companies do. They have a team to come out to the home, give you all of the information you need about the condition of your home and they give a quote and project scope based on what you NEED and that was what set them apart in their first step. The pricing was very reasonable and I was really happy with the quote. Customer service was great, scheduling happened quickly, and they took the time to ensure that I understood what to expect. The best part - THE TEAM. The guys who showed up did an incredible job the entire process and even though structural work is loud and messy they cleaned the site every day, they worked with me to ensure that accessing the property wouldn't cause a disturbance, and we experienced blips like the heat going out due to the work and water temperature changes they fixed it immediately without any inconvenience.
