"Well we had Stanley steemer clean out carpets in the beginning of august 2023. They were there for about 29 minutes total to supposedly clean 3 bedrooms, hallway and stairs. Long story short we had to have H&H carpet cleaning come in after them to do it right. I did talk to Rich the owner to try and get reimbursed for the total failure of the job. He did call me back at first and then would never return my call again. I have always used Stanley steemer in the past but will NEVER use them again. It was a total waste of money. I owned 2 of my own businesses for 32 years and NEVER treated a customer anything like I was treated. All they did was come in and sprayed water on my carpets. I gave Rich plenty of opportunity to do the right thing I even called the main Stanley steemer in Ohio and someone there even sent him an email which he just ignored. In all my years of owning 2 businesses would I have ever dreamed of treating a customer like that"

"We just bought our home and our hot water only lasted a few minutes. The repairman response was fast, he charged us $129.00 for the service call. He told us the heating elements were bad even though the water heater was only 1 year old. He quoted $1574.00 to "rebuild the water heater." We figured it couldn't hurt to try and replace the heating elements. It cost less than $40 (wrench included) for the parts at Lowes and fixed the problem. Since a same brand replacement water heater cost less than $500., the quote from Vincent's is shady to say the least. It makes us wonder how many customers have been robbed. Every time we see the billboard proclaim Vincent's #1 in St Clair County we cringe."

"I owe Robert an apology. He quoted me an outlandish price of $400 for repair of a timer on my Kenmore Dryer. I gave him the $100 call fee and sent him on his way, thinking he was scamming me. Well, I got on the internet and hunted down my part- $180! So I thank him for pointing out the problem. It was a $100 education. I got a discount on the part. I ended up paying $136. I YouTubed how to install it, so I saved a little over $100 dollars. It takes under 15 minutes to install."
