After a really bad experience installing LVT on an uneven surface, my partner and I were determined to find a contractor who could get it right this time someone who would give us our forever floor. From the start, Fillip was attentive and professional. He met with both of us, listened to all our concerns, and helped us come up with a solid game plan. I can’t say enough good things about his company. He truly cares about his customers something you don’t see enough these days. Even though I was responsible for providing all the materials, when the transitions I bought didn’t quite match the look of the floor, Fillip went above and beyond. He found and picked up the right pieces that same day so the job could be finished properly. I may not have the flashiest kitchen, but thanks to Fillip, the floor is flawless and I’m definitely hiring him again to do the backsplash once my partner finishes installing the trim. Tim pulled the bottom freezer door out, found that the fan in the freezer assembly had a bent blade, fixed that and he was done within an hour. Now the refrigerator runs almost silently. Quick and efficient service at a reasonable price. I would definitely use Watson Appliance for service again and would recommend them to a friend."

The problem reoccurred before the second visit, which I reported by phone, but he was unaware of it when he arrived. He did minimal follow-up, blamed CFL bulbs, and later suggested the issue might be with outlet or switch connections—something I believe should have been checked from the start. The issue has since returned again, and after three follow-up calls in three days, I’ve received no response. On the positive side, the crew was professional, worked in a difficult attic space, and cleaned up well. Still, I expected better troubleshooting, communication, and post-service support for what I paid."
