"The washer was repaired in 5 minutes and it was completely ready to use. Awesome work by Brent he knows appliances. Went to the refrigerator and he checked out a couple of things asked a question or two to assess the problem. He checked out the thermostat, and said it needed replacing, it was shot. A couple of days later I received a call to set up the appointment, set it up and when Brent and his trainee arrived, they replaced the thermostat and told us to wait 4-6 hours for the refrigerator to cool down to the proper temperature and we could fill it. I was very impressed with the professionalism of both gentlemen. Would have them return for any repairs in the kitchen or laundry. We had the washer repaired for the service call fee. The refrigerator fee was discounted due to the fact that it was a second appliance that I added onto the original repair a couple of days later.So, when they showed up to do the repairs they knew I had two appliances to repair going in. I highly recommend Brent, I can't recall the trainee's name. But he did a lot of the refrigerator repair when they returned with the parts."
