Usually garden hoses are used to ensure the downspouts are clear. And finally, they sent an email link to their own review, and when I filled it out I got this message: "Please review the error(s) below. 1. Update Opportunity - The content of elements must consist of well-formed character data or markup." I have no idea what this means, but it did mean that I couldn't submit the review to them."

He did in between the windows and screens as well as the screens themselves and then he comes inside and cleans the inside as well. He even moved my plants and lanterns out of the way. They always do a good job. They even let me know that one of the seals on one of my windows was busted.
