"The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."

He was always on time, and great at communicating. He asked for our approval at every step of the project to ensure that we liked it and we’re ok with how it was turning. "My apartment was a wreck because I have a busy work life balance. I came home and almost cried with relief with how clean the place was, so I just wanted to leave a positive review to Brockett and Jordan who did the cleaning. I found them through Angie and the service was spectacular. Only thing I would advise to people who have apartments is to remember to leave money or your laundry card if you want them to do laundry. Luckily, I will get a reimbursement but if you are like me need that done it was something I forgot."
